What you’ll be doing…

As a Craft Support Chef, you will be supporting the education chef team with added value, compliance, helping to grow retention with site support.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tools across the area of responsibility to deliver company compliance and growth of turnover and net operating profits.
  • Responsible for the delivery & implementation of WGLL/Marketing across the Division, Purchasing compliance monitoring & management.
  • Support & motivating the team to deliver innovative solutions and quality service in line with business objectives and Elior UK standards to achieve and maximize set targets.
  • Oversee & report to MD the Central Finance and SAW compliance reporting/ directives.

Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues. Candidates that are shortlisted for this role, will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including Children’s Barred List, and two suitable references.
