We are looking for a talented and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join the Restaurant team of The Connaught Grill.
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the intimate 46-seat Connaught Grill is under the direction of internationally renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. This is his modern interpretation of a classic grill with an open kitchen complete with wood burning grill and rotisserie offering the finest British sourced produce, and a menu which includes ingredients from langoustines to Dover sole to English game and Wagyu beef. The restaurant offers an exceptional wine list drawn from The Connaught wine cellar, offering some of the greatest producers in the world.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
As Waiter/Waitress, you will:
- Be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience of The Connaught Grill.
- Ensure a service experience that is personal to each of our guests and represents this restaurant.
Entry Requirements
As Waiter/Waitress, you must:
- Be passionate about people and in joining a team committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
- Have previous experience within a similar role, and a working knowledge of quality wines, products and ingredients. However your commitment to your team and guest service delivery will set you apart.
