In this role as a Junior Office Administrator Apprentice (18-months fixed term contract), you will be part of a global and dynamic Corporate Services team. Our definition of Corporate Services includes office management, travel, internal events, executive support, and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG).

In this role as a Junior Office Administrator Apprentice you will report into the Head of Corporate Services and you will provide front of house duties in our London office, while also supporting the Corporate Services and HR department with some aspects of the back office, which may include working with Norstella on a global basis.

This is a varied and internal client facing role, therefore we are looking for someone who is proactive in nature as no two days are the same.

This role also includes an Apprenticeship Qualification as a Business Administrator. The Level 3 qualification will give you skills in IT, Planning & organisation, Project Management, Business Fundamentals, Professionalism and Adaptability. During the qualification’s 18 months, we will support you in the practical application of the learning topics and help you demonstrate these applications to achieve this qualification. Learning in the flow of work is the best way to apply knowledge and new skills and this Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification is a great boost to your transferable skill set.



  • Front of House Duties- telephone calls, taking messages and managing incoming/outgoing post and couriers as well as being the first point of contact for visitors and new starters
  • Office Administration- daily office checks (equipment, meeting rooms etc. to maintain a high standard work place) as well as managing our suppliers and facilities maintenance; you will also work with the building management to create access passes for new starters, ensure office and kitchen orders are up to date
  • Meeting organization -coordinate meeting organisation including room/ venue booking, delegate invitations, ensuring correct equipment (TV, flipchart, stationery etc), catering and closing down the meeting ensuring the location is presentable for the next user
  • Internal Events provide support when needed inbooking internal events (Charitable events, Office Party etc.) and coordinate ongoing recurring office social events
  • Communication you will be the face of the office, the first point of contact for questions and help on-site. dealing with both internal and external customers in a professional manner and liaising with colleagues to facilitate success in their meetings, events and tasks.


  • You are competent with all MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Chrome
  • You have effective attention to detail with a proactive approach
  • You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • You have effective time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines, and achieve targets in a team environment
  • You are punctual and have a deadline driven, disciplined approach to work
  • You have the ability to reprioritise based on changing urgencies



  • Knowledge/Experience in an office administration role or have experience in a customer facing role
