Purpose of the role

We currently seek dedicated and passionate Retail Consultants for Full Time positions in our new counter opening within Aesop London Heathrow Airport T3 in a prime location within the T3 terminal. The successful applicant will have flexible availability and be expected to work across 5 days, including weekends.

In this role, you will be directly employed by Aesop, and be expected to work across both our T3 and T5 counters at Heathrow. Applicants will undergo a thorough vetting process with Dufry , the global travel retailer located in 58 countries worldwide. As we are in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes (10:00pm) and early starts (5:00am).

What we are looking for

• Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
• History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
• Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
• Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)

Our Aesop London Heathrow Airport T3 counter will provide an opportunity to host our customers in a unique fast-paced environment. Incorporating new subtleties and amenities, providing an opportunity for you to innovate across design, operations, and technology to create the ultimate service experience. In order to succeed in this role; you will possess a high standard of organisation, time management and commercial capability.
