We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Evening Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.

As an Evening Housekeeping Coordinator you will:

• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
• Assist in managing daily activities of Housekeeping and supervising employees
• Obtain guest information that allows employees to create and deliver personalized experiences throughout the guests’ stay
• Manages guest requests and enquiries
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
• Assists management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards
