Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and evaluations to determine the appropriate hearing aid for each patient in accordance with HCPC standards.
- Recommend and fit hearing aids based on individual needs and preferences in accordance with HCPC standards.
- Provide ongoing support and after care to patients regarding hearing aid use and maintenance
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and modifications to hearing aids as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in hearing aid technology and industry trends
About you
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of audiology principles and practices
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive hearing evaluation
- Strong sales skills- you will selling products and services to new and existing customers
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Detail Orientated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
