About the role

 

This role is part of the IOE Library Customer Services team and will play an active part in delivering a friendly and professional service both in-person and online.

This is an on-campus role. It is not suitable for regular remote working.

This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore, UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require right to work in the UK to carry out this role.

 

About you

 

We are looking for candidates who in particular have the following experience and skills:

  • Experience of delivering a friendly and professional service to customers.
  • Understanding personal obligations to, and acting in accordance with, UCL’s commitments to inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise your workload effectively.

This is a full time position the working pattern of this role is: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:03 (1-hour unpaid lunch)
