Birthday Party Coordinator
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis
Contract Type: Permanent, Hourly paid
In this exciting role you will lead the team responsible for delivering birthday parties in our LEGOLAND Playroom, based within the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel!
You’ll be the main point of contact for our VIP Birthday Party guests on the day of their party, ensuring that all pre-agreed content has been delivered and elevating the experience on the day itself. You’ll lead by example, delivering LEGO build activities and coaching your team to ensure they are offering the highest standard of interactive play.
Prior to their visit you will work alongside our guests to plan their party as a sales representative for the resort, utilising your expert product knowledge to build a bespoke, memorable, and safe birthday party for both our young party guests and their chaperones.

Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience working with children either in a birthday party, play centre or entertainment venue
- We’d love it if you have managed a small team before, and are experienced in coaching, motivating, and troubleshooting with that team
- Naturally you’ll be approachable, friendly and confident to work alongside our guests to plan and deliver their party requests
- Successful candidates will have a full, enhanced DBS check undertaken, and we will only consider applications from those candidates who agree to a full, enhanced DBS check

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Birthday Party Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
