Full job description

We have an exciting role to work in the medical resourcing team as a recruitment specialist. This would involve recruiting doctors across all services and managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising the role to onboarding the successful candidate/s.

We are looking for a confident, committed team member who has excellent administrative skills and enjoys working in a unique fast-paced environment. This role involves advertising, arranging and attending interviews, completing pre-employment checks and issuing contracts for new members of our Trust.

We are looking for employees with the right values, and if successful you will receive extensive training in a supportive environment.

In this role you will:
Support line managers to effectively and efficiently recruit.

Use our e-recruitment systems to swiftly and proactively recruit candidates.

Promote and deliver a high-quality service to all our service users.

Participate in a remote working/in office hybrid rota.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience of recruitment, ideally within an NHS setting.

Experience of working in a customer focused environment.

Solid experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and competence in various computer systems.

Ability to manage your own workload, working both independently and towards team goals.

Ability to manage competing priorities.
