As the Social Media Manager you will be responsible for our social media platforms, you’ll implement our strategy for engagement and follower growth through curating and creating captivating content with our stakeholders in marketing, communications, brand and sustainability. You’ll build online listening dashboards, help streamline standard work instructions, and provide stakeholders with actionable insights. Your polished communication skills and structured approach would be vital to driving this role.


What you’ll do:

  • Day-to-day management of Cytiva’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
  • Develop content calendars for each channel that drive engagement and follower growth in line with our yearly strategy
  • Create engaging social content, including copy, short videos, animations, carousels and graphics in line with brand guidelines
  • Schedule content and produce monthly reports to analyse performance, highlight significant findings and areas of improvement
  • Run our employee advocacy initiative, including content scheduling, community engagement and incentive programs
  • Build online listening dashboards in our social media management tool and support other teams with actionable insights
  • Continuously improve standard work instructions and educate stakeholders on best ways of working


Who you are:

  • A proven background in digital marketing, content marketing and/or PR
  • Analytical mindset as well as structured and highly reliable way of working
  • Global thinking with a “we” mindset and “me” discipline
  • Polished communication style, as demonstrated in both written and verbal formats
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Paid social media advertising
  • Healthcare, pharma or scientific research industry
  • Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr or similar social media management tools
  • Adobe AnalyticsGoogle Analytics, Microsoft PowerBI, and QlikSense
