Salary: Grade 6 – £29,605 to £36,024 per annum plus £4,218 London Weighting
Location: SOAS, Russel Square
Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Department:

The Registry is responsible for the central elements of student administration for the University, with specialist teams including Curriculum and Quality Assurance, Assessment and Progression, Fees and Funding and Visa Compliance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the management of the University’s curriculum record and timetabling.

This role sits within the Curriculum Management and Quality Assurance Team within Registry to provide operational support to the timetabling of the University’s teaching and to contribute the management of the curriculum record.

This is a key role that requires working across teams, providing accurate and consistently articulated data.

The role supports the maintenance of the curriculum record and its approval and review.

About you:

You will be able to:

  • Support the creation and management of the curriculum record, providing accurate data that supports academic and professional services colleagues in the delivery of the University’s portfolio;
  • Provide support on the curriculum management data as required, contributing to tasks that will enable student enrolment and allocation of modules;
  • Support the approval and review of curriculum;
  • Support academic and professional services staff with the creation, amendment and review of curriculum, in line with the University’s policy framework;
