Job Description:
Provide hospitality and reception or other services defined or outlined in Epiq’s service agreement with client
Responsibilities
-
Monitor and listen to clients to understand inquiries and requests in order to provide accurate information about the facilities and services with prompt assistance
-
Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, overtime, logs and entries throughout his/her shift
-
Work closely with the client’s staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations as the first line of contact with the client’s visitors
-
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper person
-
Set up and reset conference rooms
-
Handle hospitality requests (pantry upkeep, food and beverage setups)
-
Handle AV and Laptop setup requests for video conference bookings
-
Take accurate and complete messages for those employees who may be unavailable
-
Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
-
Maintain neatness and organization of reception desk and front closet areas with various administrative duties as outlined by the Site Manager

Order and stock supplies as needed
-
Perform other administrative duties as requested
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist
-
Previous experience in a client service field preferred
-
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
-
Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
-
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-
Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred
-
Willingness and ability to learn new skills
The Compensation range for this role is 19.26 to 24.08 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
