- POSITION OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Teen Services Director, the Temporary Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Administration department
- Perform a range of diverse administrative activities
- Assist in data collection, monitoring and organization
- Provide summaries of simple data sets
- Contact participants as needed for tasks such as outreach, survey completion, and wellness check
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Occasionally assist with the supervision of activities as needed
- Monitor and track daily program attendance and maintain attendance records
- Identify and contact participants who demonstrate a decrease in attendance
- Assist the Department Director with scheduling of meetings
- Monitor office supply inventory
- WORKING CONDITIONS: Typical office environment that requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing & reaching
- Occasional stooping, crouching, and kneeling
