Responsibilities
- Google Sheets Trackers: Design, build, and maintain efficient Google Sheets trackers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics
- Trackers must be easy to use and effective at quickly relaying important information
- Data Management: Ensuring accuracy and data integrity will be key to success in this role
- Communications List Aggregation: Capable of pulling together and organizing segmented email/scholar lists based on various criteria (demographics, behavior, engagement, etc.). Must gain familiarity with the existing database and point people across teams who can help source the data
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored tracking solutions
- Understand the audience and know what level of complexity to provide them in the presentation
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and patterns, generating insights that support strategic decision-making
- Reporting: Create and automate reports using Google Sheets features (e.g., tables, charts, formulas) to present findings clearly and concisely
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within tracking systems to enhance efficiency
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to team members on Google Sheets functionalities and best practices
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of processes and methodologies used for list segmentation and data management
- Successfully able to create SOPs to translate tasks into documented processes to enable easy and quick transfer of knowledge
- Communication: Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to explain data findings, present reports, understand requests, and contribute to discussions on data-related topics

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
