Real Estate (Sales Agent)
Job Type: Full-time
Attractive Commission (negotiable)
For freshers (no salary)
Preferred (1 years experience)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on property investments and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other industry stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and any other relevant languages spoken in the local market
- Candidate must be in UAE for an in-person interview.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai’s market or UAE
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property types.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic and Persian is a plus.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate/meet for effectively and close deals successfully.
- Degree/diploma: Must have
- Language: Fluent in English, Arabic is optional
