Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers upon arrival or departure.
• Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth passenger handling.
• Provide directions and resolve passenger inquiries.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure adherence to airline procedures.
• Report any issues to the relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
