As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office. You should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking, organization and stress management skills are essential for this position.
This is not an entry position, we require knowledge of deductibles, coinsurances, copays, OOP, referrals and understanding of EOB’s.
Spanish speaking is a must. We are looking to hire right away.
You must be open to cross train. Mature and serious inquiry’s only.
3 PROFESSIONAL references required.
