About the role

Opportunity in the Campaign and Activation Team

The Campaign & Activation Digital and Ecommerce team in Slough is seeking a Digital Executive to support in the delivery of the business’ e-commerce and digital strategies.

This role is integral to the digital future of the business and will support in the development and refining of our e-commerce roadmap and digital strategies.

The role will:

  • Work across multiple ecommerce sites and digital platforms supporting the implementation of activation plans incorporating the full marketing mix, throughout the customer funnel.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing communications both online and offline to increase brand awareness of the ecommerce sites and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Support in the continual review of the customer journey to ensure it provides an intuitive, easy to navigate and positive experience that maintains loyal users and fulfils the user’s needs.

We are seeking someone who has had proven experience or qualification in a digital role with specific emphasis towards strong, demonstrable digital campaigns and project management. Our ideal candidate will be organised and a strong communicator with great content writing skills, who is eager to learn and someone who will be creative yet analytical in their thought processes.

This role is hybrid. You will be based in Slough Business Support Centre for a minimum of two days a week.
