This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week
The Academic Registrars Department is looking to appoint a motivated College Administrator to join a friendly team supporting business operations in the College of Design, Creative and Digital Industries (DCDI) at the University of Westminster.
As one of five College Administrators in Design, Creative and Digital Industries, you will provide high level administrative support to the College and its academic Schools, with core duties including: arranging meetings and administrative support for the Head of School; arranging room bookings, catering and student and staff travel; record keeping; committee support and acting as a point of contact for academic staff queries.
As the successful applicant you will be efficient and organised, applying the attention to detail required to maintain clear office management systems and processes. You will be a strong communicator, able to form effective and supportive relationships with professional and academic colleagues. You will be flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently. You will be a team player, willing to support others with workload during busy periods, and maintain a positive attitude.
