Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities as a driver would be driving a 26ft
• CDL reefer box truck, doing the same steady route every day, and at times picking up and delivering freight from various shippers, all in the North East
• The job is generally one pick up, one drop off, no touch freight
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations

At Phoenix Logistics, we strive to ensure our drivers are comfortable while on the road, and all needs are met. As a driver, you work closely with the owner/CEO, we are available for you 24/7.

Your responsibilities as a driver would be driving a 26ft. CDL reefer box truck, doing the same steady route every day, and at times picking up and delivering freight from various shippers, all in the North East. The job is generally one pick up, one drop off, no touch freight. It is a one-man job. Having knowledge of HOS, Northeast Highways; i.e. NY,NJ,PA,CT,MA, is recommended. Owning a truck GPS is a plus! Drivers with class A or B CDL are preferred, definitely a plus! All other work, extra stops, will be additional pay, all in the North East.
