Responsibilities
- Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need*
- Assist supervisor and legal team with administrative duties
- Prepare first drafts of contracts and documents from existing templates
- Review third party comments on such contracts and documents for supervisor signoff
- Prepare said documents for signature – once signed, save and process in accordance with department protocol
- Keep track of status updates in existing tracking systems (Monday.com, internal spreadsheets)
- Data entry, file organization, DocuSign
- Provide reporting and updates to legal team from existing tracking systems
- Follow up on assignments until completion

Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2
