Benefits
- The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $150,000 to $175,000

Responsibilities
- This team is the bridge between the CEO and other stakeholders, ensuring that the CEO’s vision is effectively translated into actionable strategies and operational excellence
- This pivotal role is designed for an individual who can bring a high level of analytical rigor to our operations, helping to oversee executive planning, decision making, and execution of company priorities
- The ideal candidate will act as a strategic operator, capable of fully scoping key business opportunities, implementing effective solutions and driving operational excellence
- This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office
- Coordinate all activities related to Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, documenting minutes, and follow-up on action items
- Plan and facilitate Executive Committee meetings, ensuring agendas are set, materials are prepared, and key decisions are captured
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure follow-up actions are executed efficiently
- Manage and coordinate regular company-wide meetings, including monthly town halls, to ensure smooth execution and maximum engagement
- Plan and organize leadership offsite events to drive strategic alignment, team building, and executive development
- Support the development and implementation of training programs for leadership and key employees
- Manage knowledge-sharing initiatives and platforms, ensuring critical company information is easily accessible and consistently updated
- Partner with HR and other departments to nurture and maintain a strong company culture, both in-office and virtually
- Provide executive-level support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Global Chief of Staff and the CEO

About the Role
The MoneyLion Office of the CEO is a specialized team that operates closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the execution of strategic initiatives and the day-to-day management of the company.
