Our Team is seeking an upbeat, friendly, and responsible individual to join our team as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator. Job Summary:
The Patient Coordinator is the first person our patients meet on the phone and in person, so a warm and welcoming personality is a must! Our patients come from all over the country and our mission is to provide high-end service for each person. The Front Desk Patient Coordinator is responsible for creating an outstanding patient experience on the phones, digital communications and in person. An ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, great interpersonal skills, and an ability to remain organized while multitasking.

- Properly schedule patients, and provide clients with basic procedure information
- *AVAILABILITY WORKING ON THE WEEKEND IS A MUST (Saturday till 6 PM)*
- *AVAILABILITY WORKING LATE SHIFT TILL 9 PM DURING THE WEEK IS A MUST*
- *Bilingual: English & Russian is a HUGE plus but not a must*
Daily resposibilities incude:
- Answer telephone calls and greet clients in a bubbly and pleasant manner
- Convert incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to appointments
- Track all inquiries and follow-up ntil you have reached and booked them
- Update clients on latest in-house promotions and offers, as well as new services
- Keep up with manufacturer based rewards programs to maximize client incentives
- Ensure schedule is maximized daily by rebooking patients, keeping record of client special requests, and client waiting list.
- Be educated on all services offered within the location (injectables, lasers, facials)
- Collect patient reviews and assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered, in order to maximize client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with all staff members for proper scheduling and accurate pricing for the services performed
- Keep the reception area clean and neat for a pleasant client environment
- Be on-time, as you are responsible to open the office on days you work earlier shift
*Compensation depends on experience $18-$22/hr. Full-time.
*Incentives are offered on re-booking clients and skincare sales.
*Training is provided*
Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery, including medical-grade skincare and medical aesthetic procedures is a huge PLUS, but not required, since we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must have an interest in and knowledge of the aesthetic industry and willingness to learn about and sell skincare products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
