Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new Student Recruitment Manager to join our ONCAMPUS Sales team, part of Cambridge Education Group. The role will be on a full-timepermanent basis with the location in Dubai, UAE.

 

The Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) has the responsibility of delivering set enrolment targets for ONCAMPUS centres through partner agencies, institutions, sponsors and other recruitment channels. The Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a selected network of recruitment channels. The successful candidate will take a pro-active role in follow-up and conversion of ONCAMPUS students and will work closely with the wider sales and admissions team in achieving this goal.

 

Central to this role will be supporting key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days from various regions. The Student Recruitment Manager will also support agent and student visits to ONCAMPUS centres collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to increase the conversion rate and recruit new students.

 

We expect the Student Recruitment Manager to take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role.

 

Key responsibilities:
  • Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets for ONCAMPUS in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives.
  • Manage relationships with the regional agent network in agreed regions.
  • Provide training to agents and counsellors through visits and training sessions.
  • Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days.
  • Take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role.
  • Work closely with the ONCAMPUS Marketing team to ensure that the sales tools to promote ONCAMPUS centres are available, impactful and effective for the region.
  • Build strong relationships with university staff within the region.

 

Personal specification & experience we look for:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (essential)
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Sales role (essential)
  • Experience in promoting Higher Education (desirable)
  • Working experience in the Higher Education (desirable)
  • Fluent in English (other languages also desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people (essential)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team (essential)
  • Proactive approach to problem solving (essential)
  • Excellent people management skills (essential)
  • Flexible approach to working, excellent time management skills (essential)
  • A friendly professional manner and appearance (essential)
