We have been delivering a highly successful programme of teaching and consultation to help transform how organisations work for our staff and the people who use services. We know that these are challenging times for every service and staff wellness is vital for us to be able to deliver high quality services to support our communities. You will be part of a cross-organisation project with Surrey Heartlands ICS, Frimley ICS and the Changing Futures Programme.
A suitable candidate will have knowledge of TIA and experience of working with mental health difficulties and in coproduction (particularly people who have used services). This post is appropriate for N urses, OTs, Social Workers, Clinical/Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists . You will have experience of coproducing high-quality training in a variety of formats. Coproducing training on TIA and related topics using evidence-based literature
Delivering high quality, interactive training on trauma-informed approaches, adapting to the needs of the attendees and format being used (Teams or f2f)
Develop resources to support the training
Evaluating the training programme using a variety of methods and analysis
Supporting the write up of findings and dissemination of these
Supporting services to implement TIA through consultation
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
