Duties & Responsibilities performed as Transformation Consultant:
  • Assist and execute all project requirements
  • Define and analyse business and organisational strengths and opportunities of clients and deliver tailored advice to clients on solutions to address shortcomings
  • Apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to help solve the overall client puzzle
  • Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior client leaders to implement change
  • Preparation of weekly reports on status of outstanding matters
  • Work within a specified time frame to satisfy contract requirements and to avoid exceeding budget requirements
  • Plan and advise on the implementation of solutions
  • Evaluate the change process and work with clients on the implementation of these processes, keeping them informed of the progress
  • Work as a member of an engagement team
  • Formation of hypotheses and analyses in order to formulate recommendations
  • Consulting with clients on an on-going basis regarding organisational inefficiencies and proposed solutions
