The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of technical drawings, with a good understanding of the process of residential development construction.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to…

• To assist in the management of external consultants and production of drawings for the design of site developments
• Appoint and Liaise with External Consultants.
• Assist in the fee negotiation and appointment of consultants.
• Coordinate the production of layouts and working drawings.
