The Senior Specialist practitioner district nurse brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in district nursing, while the primary care network lead offers strategic direction and collaboration opportunities. Senior colleagues provide mentorship and insight from their own experiences, and the practice education team ensures ongoing learning and development opportunities. Together, this support network will empower you to thrive and contribute effectively to the team and the organisation.
