TEACHING PARTNER – (28.75 hrs/week) Grade 5 (term time only + 5 training days)

 

Required from 2nd September 2024

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and creative teaching partner with a proven track record of supporting children to improve outcomes to join our team on an exciting journey to further develop our school.

 

Successful candidates will:

    • Be driven, motivated and passionate about making a difference to the children of our school community
    • Demonstrate sound knowledge of child development;
    • Have a commitment to sharing responsibility for improving outcomes for all children;
    • Be fully committed to learning from and contributing to a team;
    • Have excellent communication skills to engage children, parents and colleagues;
    • Have GCSE (Grade 6 and above) in Maths and English
    • Be very well organised.

Also, this post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations. In line with KCSIE 2022 and safer recruitment practices, the school will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates.
