Main Duties

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Good level of concentration and coordinating
• Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
• Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
• Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information, or reputational damage
• Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
• Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
• Greet all staff and visitors.
• Inspect all passes as necessary.
• Assists with any enquiries.
• Log and announce visitors to site.
• Access Control.
• Internal and External patrols.
• Monitoring and use of CCTV, fire, intruder, and other electronic systems.
• Responding quickly and effectively to emergency situations and assisting with fire evacuation procedures
• The implementation of Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, and other in-house safety/environmental policie

What we are looking for

• Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.
• Current valid SIA license
• Good IT skills
• Conversant with MS Office

• Previous experience of working in security environment
