As Store Manager in Rozelle 2039, you will be instrumental in building positive connections with the locals and visitors alike and make this store continue to be a popular place for finding great quality pre-loved items. Your role is vital to building the store’s strong sales performance in a competitive local market. For you to succeed in,this role, you will have proven retail operations management skills and people leadership skills.

 

Your Responsibility

  • Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
  • Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
  • Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
  • Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
  • Role-modelling a ‘safety first’ culture in store
  • Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store

You Will Need

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR
  • Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
  • Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.
