About this opportunity:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative social media content and campaigns aligned with the annual marketing strategy, brand vision, and seasonal storytelling.
  • Produce social media content for key events, including brand events and social partnerships, ensuring sponsor content is delivered according to agreements.
  • Strategize content requirements with the Senior Content and Social Media Manager to optimize performance across organic channels for campaign objectives.
  • Formulate a content creation strategy that connects offline and online experiences to engage retail stores on Instagram.
  • Work with the Senior Content & Social Media Manager and Marketing Director to build an insight-led annual social media strategy, setting KPIs, content plans, budgets, and growth roadmaps.
  • Create and manage an ongoing framework and calendar for organic social content, reviewed by the Senior Content & Social Media Manager and approved by the Marketing Director.
  • Identify opportunities where organic content can be boosted through paid channels, and execute boosted and dark acquisition ads to grow social media following.
  • Collaborate with the Community Coordinator and Customer Care team to engage with followers, responding to comments and direct messages promptly.
  • Stay updated with global social media trends and industry best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of social media execution, and suggest new features to enhance brand awareness.
  • Measure and report performance metrics of organic digital marketing and social media channels weekly, providing insights and recommendations using relevant social tools
