About the role

AXA Global Healthcare have a part time, 12-month fixed term opportunity within their Product and Proposition team working as a Senior Literature Executive. You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of insurance documentation for customers, working with multiple insurers and key stakeholders to create, modify and approve documents.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work one day per week from the Tunbridge Wells office and the rest from home. This role is 22.5 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support strategic objectives in the management and delivery of key insurance documents for corporate and retail contracts, partnership activities and the implementation of product review and regulatory changes.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of bespoke insurance handbooks for clients ensuring literature is accurate and delivered in a consistent and timely manner, adhering to pre-defined SLA’s.
  • Build strong relationships with client account managers, partnership teams and marketing team members, as well as internal and external agencies.
  • Support implementation of the wider Product & proposition remit as and when required in product & proposition projects.
  • Assist with the continuous product change programme for multi-insurer international health insurance products, including proofreading, translation management, and implementation.
  • Produce and issue appropriate and accurate communications to inform colleagues and other relevant stakeholders about new product literature changes, using appropriate communication channels.
  • Help to manage product literature, stock management and the accuracy of customer communication and fulfilment matrices.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Marketing and working of the function, creating and innovating, focusing on improvements.
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with a number of urgent tasks.
  • Market, strategic and regulatory awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self motivated with a highly developed attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships.
  • Knowledge of AXA – Global Healthcare plans sold on behalf of it’s insurers, beneficial.
