Full job description
- Leverage leads generated through online enquiries, display home walk throughs and a wide network of professional contacts
- Build relationships with customers at the display home and provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options
- Manage the sales cycle from initial quote, tender presentation to variations and close
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
- Coach and mentor your sales associate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders cross functionally
- Demonstrated sales ability and success achieving sales goals
- A passion for home design and living spaces
- A commitment to proving customers with exceptional experiences
- The ability to work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals
- Persistence and resilience
- Strong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders
- Availability to work Thursday-Monday (must be available weekends)
