Penrith Panthers Rugby League are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Retail and Inventory Supervisor to join their friendly Merchandise team.

 

We have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic and passionate individual to join our busy Panthers Rugby League Merchandise department as a Retail and Inventory Supervisor. You will be an exceptional team player with a welcoming smile and will thrive to make sure our customers are the number one priority. You will actively promote Panthers Rugby League Merchandise and assist customers with their purchases. You will engage customers with your enthusiasm and passion for your products, and will maintain high levels of customer service at all times.

 

Inventory Supervisor will enjoy various duties including but not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers;
  • Use safe manual handling techniques to assist where needed;
  • Selling merchandise, cash handling and processing transactions through the register;
  • Assisting with general customer enquiries and online orders;
  • Assist the team with maintaining store presentation, Visual Merchandising and refill;
  • Overseeing general shop and cleaning duties;
  • Control of stock integrity procedures, purchasing and reporting;
  • Admin (invoicing, orders, receiving, RTVs, process faulty products, refunds etc);
  • Stocktake and cycle counts;
  • Gameday bump-in/preparations and gameday management and;
  • Assisting Manager with reporting and other tasks as directed.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role;
  • A history of accurate inventory management;
  • Ability to provide accurate service in a timely manner to customers;
  • Possess strong attention to detail and;
  • Ability and initiative to work efficiently and pro-actively, either autonomously or in a team.

You will have a positive, outgoing and energetic approach to work and be exceptionally well groomed at all times. You will need to be available to work as required including nights, weekends, public holidays and Panthers home games.
