About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team on a casual contract until end September 2024, and potentially longer.

What will your key responsibilities include?

  • Managing both high-volume campaigns and complex individual assignments;
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Partners;
  • Advising on selection techniques and providing support to implement selection strategies;
  • Developing and delivering tailored attraction strategies (including sourcing);
  • And facilitating the improvement of skill levels through coaching of line managers in best practice recruitment and selection processes and techniques.

What skills and attributes will make you successful?

  • Passion for delivering high quality recruitment services through a client and stakeholder centric approach
  • High level organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and client demands
  • Ability to influence at all levels and cross-functionally, able to establish and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders,
  • Partnering with multiple, diverse clients/stakeholders
  • Experience in formulating and implementing candidate sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment

Benefits and Conditions

An hourly rate between $63 and $68 will be on offer, dependent upon skills and experience.
