Description

The Recruiting Coordinator is part of Teneo’s Global People team, providing Talent Acquisition support to our hiring managers and recruiters. This person will strive to provide a best-in-class experience for candidates interviewing at Teneo. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role as a primary interface to our potential hires in the Americas being responsible for managing interview schedules, job postings, and our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.

 


Responsibilities

  • High volume interview scheduling both in-person and virtual
  • Manage all aspects of the candidate experience from initial outreach through a final decision ensuring a consistently positive experience
  • Maintain candidate profiles within Greenhouse, making sure information is up to date
  • Collect and review interview feedback and partner with recruiters on next steps
  • Post jobs internally, externally (diversity partnerships, LinkedIn, and university career pages)
  • Administer assessment to candidates via TestGorilla
  • Develops weekly recruiting reports including open positions and active searches
  • Utilize sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, our internal ATS (Greenhouse), and other online portals to build candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes
  • Perform industry research, keeping up with the latest recruiting trends, and providing useful insights to the Recruiting Team on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects and tasks as needed

 


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a demanding environment is highly preferred, as is demonstrated attention to detail and project execution skills
  • Applicant tracking system experience, Greenhouse preferred
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Ability and passion to drive a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Hybrid, minimum 3-days a week required working from our London Office
