Receptionist

London Bridge Hospital, 27 Tooley St, London SE1 2PR

Fixed Term until January 2025

Full time, 37.5 hours/week. Monday – Friday, 0700-1500/ 1230-2030

Up to £24,000 per annum + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

 

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team at our London Bridge Hospital on a fixed term basis. As part of the team working at the various hospital reception areas, you will be responsible for delivering a service that creates the first and last impressions of every guest or patient who visits the hospital.

What you’ll do:

  • Meeting and greeting all patients and visitors upon their arrival at the hospital
  • Provide a pleasant and efficient telephone service for patients, doctors, visitors, staff and any other callers, directing calls to the correct department as required
  • Co-ordinate all deliveries and couriers to the hospital
  • Ensure all required log books are kept completed and up to date
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as required by the Supervisor or Head Receptionist

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience within a similar, customer/client centric Reception role
  • Experience within the healthcare industry or a large corporate business would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
