In your new role as Qantas Club Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service with an emphasis on creating a seamless, personalised and memorable experience. Our customers enjoy the comfort and luxury within the Lounges, so we aim to continuously create an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication. You will play a vital role from welcoming and greeting customers with a warm and genuine smile to providing assistance and anticipating their needs while always ensuring the highest level of service is provided. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate and engaging but also possess strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll have:
  • Strong experience and background in a fast-paced customer service role, airline or similar related experience desirable
  • Proven ability to think quick on your feet and work under pressure
  • Genuine approach to a superior customer experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds coupled with an inclusive mindset
  • Motivated and positive attitude
  • Teamwork skills with commitment to supporting and collaborating with colleagues
  • Organisational and time management skills and possess the ability to overcome challenges in a time critical environment
  • Ability to interpret and understand Airline specific systems
  • Exceptional standard of presentation
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster, including public holidays and weekends
