Programme Administrator – Assessments (University of London Programmes)
Salary from £29,935 to £33,104 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £35,441 pa inclusive of London allowance
The LSE Extended Education unit provides academic leadership and support for a range of qualifications offered as University of London Programmes, including degrees and diplomas in Economics, Management, Finance and the Social Sciences (EMFSS). With more than 10,000 students across the world, studying for a wide range of undergraduate-level qualifications at one of over 30 Recognised Teaching Centres or through distance learning, the University of London Programmes provide a significant financial return to the School.
We seek a Programme Administrator with demonstrable organisation and IT skills, high attention to detail and proven ability to work flexibly as part of a team and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
The post holders role will be to assist the Assessment Manager and Assessment Officer as we grow our activities and diversify our assessment model for the programmes, providing administrative support for a range of activities. The postholder will join at an exciting time for the delivery of the programmes and in addition to their core responsibilities will support the work of colleagues in the LSE University of London Programmes team by providing administrative support for the wider team as required.
You will be part of a committed, responsive and proactive team, working closely with colleagues in the Programme Development, Programme Management and Business Development teams.
