This is a full-time, 1-year FTC, hybrid role based in our headquarters in St Albans.

As part of the Supply & Operations Planning team, this will be a varied, fast-paced role where you will gain exposure across the function.

You’ll be hands-on, supporting FBC UK S&OP teams to contribute to the efficient supply chain operations and control, as well as the business references for the sales forecast accuracy in line with the company objectives regarding service levels and cost to serve.

Plans aggregation:

• Manages the aggregation of sales and marketing data on the common framework (product view, SKU, brand, QTY, etc.)
• Support the interaction with sales and marketing references to get updates
• Support the collection of historical and forecast data from sales and marketing
• Support in the coaching and communication of forecasting methodologies and tools to the business

Demand Planning:

• Support the demand planning for the full S&OP horizon considering trends, commercial initiatives and other inputs
• Leads the communication of inputs and insights to the business references
• Support the translation of the demands into an operative delivery plan
• Support the operationalisation of the demand plan in the relevant planning tool
• Support sales and marketing with the development of the demand plan for new products by conducting different analysis

Demand Control:

• Support the checking and balances of the short-term plan to deploy deliveries to customers
• Support in the communication of information through different coordination mechanisms to validate demand
• Support the input of demands in SAP or relevant planning tools, ensuring data consistency

Sales & Operation Planning Cycle:

• Support the definition of the agenda, main topics and participants of the periodical S&OP meetings
• Support the team by providing KPIs/reporting regularly
• Support the yearly budget process by collecting, assessing and operationalising discontinuities
