An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer to become part the core programme team for the North West London (NWL) Community Provider Collaborative. This new role will be instrumental supporting the Programme delivery for the benefit of patients and residents.
The NWL Community Provider Collaborative is a partnership between the four main NHS providers of community health services across the 8 boroughs of NWL:
1. Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH)
2. Central and North West London Foundation Trust (CNWL)
3. Hounslow and Richmond Community NHS Trust (HRCH)
4. West London Trust (WLT)

In May 2021, building on progress made in collaborative working during the pandemic, the four community Trusts in NWL took the decision to build on this progress and formalise our collaborative working with the development of a Community Provider Collaborative. As part of the ongoing development of this relationship and the formal establishment of NWL ICS, we are now seeking to put in place more formal arrangements, to:

  • Drive service consistency (reducing unwarranted variation for service users)
  • Manage operational performance (transparency and collective accountability)
  • Increase collective efficiencies and effectiveness (benefitting from scale).

The post holder will be accountable to Programme Director and Team working closely with Project Managers, Senior and Clinical Leads

This post holder will be a new key team member of the North West London (NWL) Community Collaborative. The post holder will be responsible for:

  • providing project support through data analysis and reporting, project support office and high-level administrative input.
  • The post holder is responsible for assisting with the collection and validation of quality, financial and operational performance metrics and supporting with project workstreams through designated project management leadership.
  • Liaison with various stakeholders will be required, as a key part of this role is working with project staff and Senior Responsible Officers across NWL Community Trusts and teams as well as NWL Integrated Care Programme to ensure that the Collaborative is well supported with project and administrative functions.
  • The post holder will also be asked to manage communications, organise meetings and prepare papers and reports
  • The post holder will collate and manage the Programme administration including highlight reports, risk registers and other programme papers
  • The PSO will administer all programme meetings including taking minutes

The role will be working across external organisations in NWL and London as well as internally to CLCH.

  • Provide the workstreams with administrative support for planning and organisation of meetings including diary management, preparation of papers, minute taking and maintenance and dissemination of relevant action logs
  • Support robust governance systems are in place across the by maintaining a Programme Management approach.
  • Write and prepare reports for senior colleagues.
  • Attend staff meetings as needed.
  • Complete Request to Recruits, Position Change Forms, Establishment Control Forms, and Salary Variation Forms.
  • Support the Programme Director and SROs of the workstreams to complete and Programme Papers, risk logs and highlight reports.
  • Manage the administrative component of the recruitment process including job adverts, organising the interview panel and overseeing the non-clinical aspect of induction for new starters, i.e. IT access, equipment needs, passes.
