If you enjoy working outdoors, possess an awesome work ethic and have your full NZ drivers’ licence, then this role would suit you. We currently have a vacancy for two Mower Operator’s to join our high-performing Tauranga team!

What will your role look like as Mower Operator?

Using a variety of equipment and small plant including ride-on mowers and weed eaters, your role will see you take on responsibility for grounds maintenance across multiple different sites, most being sports fields, parks and reserves. To put it simply, your day-to-day duties will be ensuring the grounds you look after are always well presented. This is a varied and physical role, perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping our community spaces looking their best.

Who we are looking for:

We need someone reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic about working outdoors. You should have:

• A full, current driver’s license with the ability to drive a manual (class 2 would be a bonus).
• Enjoy working outside and get great satisfaction from a job well done.
• Physically fit and active – this role involves much more than just sitting on a mower all day!
• Basic computer skills to sign off jobs and complete your timesheet.
• A commitment to upholding our company’s Health and Safety policies.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help the wider team if required.
