About the team:


Our IT Service Management (ITSM) team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. As a member of our ITSM team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of IT services to our users. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our systems are operating efficiently and effectively.


What you will be doing:


You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end process for Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware asset management (HAM), Configuration Management & Service portfolio Management within the organisation.




  • Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing software assets and configurations within the organization
  • Define and document processes and procedures for software asset management, configuration management, and service portfolio management
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on software assets and configurations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain a comprehensive service portfolio that aligns with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on software asset utilization, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SACM and Service Portfolio Management processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on SACM and Service Portfolio Management best practices
  • Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of SACM and Service Portfolio Management processes within the organization

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices
  • In depth understanding of Servicenow capabilities
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain support for the processes you own.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
