The opportunity to join our team as an Information and Records Officer!
Are you passionate about Records and Information Management? We’re looking for a dynamic Information and Records Officer to join our vibrant team at Insignia Financial. Reporting to the Records Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our records management practices, and ensuring we meet all compliance standards.
In this role, you’ll handle information lifecycle management (archiving and destruction), interpret and give advice about our information management policies, and ensure best practices to protect our clients’ data. You’ll also monitor records activities across the business, help classify and manage our records and information, as well as support the ongoing refinement of our information governance policies.

What you will bring
You’ll have a passion for Records or Information Management, with relevant industry experience and/or Tertiary Education. Your experience in information and records management, coupled with expertise in building business relationships and working on solutions to problems identified within a business, makes you a perfect fit.
You understand the intricacies of delivering information and records solutions and managing associated risks. Your solid grasp of Information and Records Management fundamentals, along with experience in project delivery methodologies, e.g.Agile and Waterfall delivery methods, sets you apart. Basic computer skills and exceptional communication abilities are also essential.
