Job Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer:

• Managing company website
• Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity for the company across all communication channels.
• Managing social media platforms by adding information, promotions, and news related to mortgage industry on daily basis
• Creating digital advertising assets for online campaigns.
• Maintaining and managing social media platforms
• Keeping record of customer experience and views online
• Designing engaging and informative marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, to promote mortgage products and services
• Designing print advertisements, posters, and signage for offline marketing initiatives.
• Creating clear and engaging visuals to explain new mortgage products and changes in lending criteria. With Info graphics and visual aids simplify complex information, making it accessible to clients.
• Developing website graphics and optimizing visuals for digital platforms
• Making sure all materials both digital and print is consistent with Company brand identity.
• Updating and modifying to marketing and communication materials, ensuring Company remain agile and responsive to market changes.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels
• Retouching, resizing and enhancing images using Photoshop or other photography software

The skill, experience and qualifications required for the post

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a graphic design role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Good Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written;
• Professional Telephone Manner
• Ability to Perform Under Pressure;
• Excellent Customer Care Skills;
• Ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality;
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design is required.
• Ability to speak other foreign languages
• Experience in professional-quality photographs would be additional benefit
