We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated gardener to join our team. You will perform a number of general lawn care duties, including fertilizing, maintaining landscaping, and removing weeds and dead plants.

As a gardener, you will ensure the growth and vitality of our plants, flowers, lawns and garden structures.

You will provide our colleagues and all service team members with a five-star experience and continually improve!

The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

What are you going to do:

Apply fertilizer to promote growth.

Remove weeds and dead plants.

Trim overgrown branches, hedges and leaves.

Grass mowing and waste collection

Complex landscape cleaning

Maintain landscaping and encourage plant growth.

Plant new ornamental bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.

Maintain all landscaping equipment.

Follow your landscape management plan.

Complete any reasonable task assigned by management.

Ensuring that the experience of our colleagues in these places is brilliant.

What will you bring:

Proactive and highly organized, ability to plan and multitask.

Confident and clear communication style. Comfortable communicating with everyone from the daily maintenance team to senior stakeholders.

Some experience in the field of landscape design.

Must be able to operate and maintain equipment including lawn mowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
