We’re currently recruiting for 2 Financial Services Operations Officer’s with an established and growing business which operates in the lending space.

Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll be responsible for performing a range of tasks which include:

  • Support with work that comes in via a queue – a mix of phone and administration.
  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Support the various teams in the division (there are 3 functions). You will be trained on all.

The organisation is hoping to attract individuals with good communication skills who are diligent and enjoy working as part of the team.

They will provide you with training to ensure you’re well equipped to perform in the role.

A can-do attitude is everything. The organisation are looking to bring people in who want to cross skill and develop.

Whilst we are open to individuals on working holiday visa’s, for those with full working rights there is scope for these roles to become permanent. The reason for this is the significant growth the organisation is experiencing.

A background in lending would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
