Pretty Lavish continues to emerge within the fashion industry bridging the gap between the high street and designer brands. Recognised for our sophisticated occasionwear, luxury knitwear and more recently our sleek and modern bridesmaids collection. As the journey continues we are looking for a motivated individual to join our passionate team.

• Daily admin support to ensure the smooth running of the design team
• Responsible for sample handling
• Chasing samples / lab dips / knit downs with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met in line with the critical path
• Working directly with suppliers
• Assist with the approval of lab dips & trims for finalised products
• Support the design team to help create trend overviews, presentations & sampling research.
• Completing sourcing packs for fabric & trims
• Uploading tech packs, colours & setting up BOMs on PLM
• Ensure design & creative areas are kept presentable and tidy including sorting samples, swatches and fabrics in an organized manner
• Research into competitors and inspirational brands
• Meeting prep
• Accurate note taking in meetings
• Design tracker management
• Support the design team with CAD work including recolours
• Create seasonal catwalk edits relevant for all depts incl key shapes, colour, details, fabrics & print
• Creating best seller report for each month
• Sample management from brought to development samples

• Have an authentic creative passion and eye and excellent understanding of the Pretty Lavish aesthetic
• Be organised, a self-starter, and able to prioritise your workload
• Be able to articulate yourself clearly and confidently when communicating your ideas and respond gracefully to challenge
