Join Our Team as Phone-based Customer Support Officers in Parramatta, Sydney!

About Us:

At MUFG Pension & Market Services – Corporate Markets, we’re committed to excellence in customer service. We seek enthusiastic individuals who enjoy phone interactions and are passionate about helping customers. As a Phone-based Customer Support Officer (CSO), you’ll be the main point of contact for various investor inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
  • Adapt to Customer Needs: Tailor communication styles to suit different customer profiles while embodying our brand’s tone of voice.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest areas for enhancing customer and employee experiences.
  • System Navigation: Efficiently use multiple systems and assist customers in navigating them.
  • Query Resolution: Investigate and take ownership of complex member queries, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Compliance: Demonstrate expertise in funds, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Experience & Skills:

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, whether phone-based or face-to-face.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret complex information and convey it effectively.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Intermediate computer literacy, including the MS Office suite, with keen attention to detail.
  • Digital Proficiency: Ability to work across digital platforms and provide technical support.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating shift from 7am – 8pm.
